Ribcap Technology - Using StructUre advanced lightweight technology Ribcaps are unique. StructUre technology is exclusive to Ribcap and has been specially engineered to effectively absorb impacts. In the result of a slip, trip, fall or accident the Ribcap can protect the head against injuries like bumps, bruises, grazes, etc. Technically speaking, StructUre technology provides optimal energy absorption resulting from visco-elastic behaviour and electron induced cross-linking, or to put it simply it protects your head if there is an impact.
StructUre is a lightweight material that also offers 100% breathability which was a disadvantage of previous models. StructUre offers excellent head protection, and the Ribcap is currently subject to an application for a completely new "soft head protection" category in European CE Safety rankings, that has been inspired specifically by the revolutionary design of the Ribcap.
Another advantage of Structure is that the protection-effect is also guaranteed for low temperatures and for extreme dampness, which is ideal for skiers, snowboarders and other winter sports enthusiasts who will be exposed to extreme conditions.
